The 3 Phases to define your profile
Explication The definition of the profile by PhytoQuant Sport allows you to optimize your sports performance thanks to a selection of products specially adapted to your objectives.
Attention: for optimal efficiency, it is essential to perform the three phases in order.
The 1 for the Conditioning followed by the 2 for the Evolution and to finish the 3 which allows to reach the Performance.
NB: each phase lasts between 3 and 4 weeks, so it is not necessary to control all 3 phases at the same time.
